1. Non-Compliance in Packing / Labeling

If a client fails to follow PEH's packaging, labeling, or product compliance guidelines:

• A $1.00–$5.00/item penalty may be applied depending on severity.
• PEH reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of non-compliant items.
• Additional handling/labor charges may apply if PEH staff needs to repack or correct errors.

Examples of violations:

• No barcode or incorrect SKU.
• Incomplete or misleading product labels.
• Missing expiration/manufacture date (for food/pharma).
• Dangerous goods not properly declared.

2. Missed Monthly Storage Fee / Wallet Deficit

If a client fails to pay their monthly storage fees or does not maintain a sufficient wallet balance:

A $25 late fee will apply after 7 days of non-payment.
• Inventory may be frozen (no outgoing shipments) after 14 days.
• If unpaid after 30 days, PEH may:

  • Notify the client one final time.
  • Place the account under delinquency status.
  • Begin the inventory liquidation or disposal process after 60 days to recover owed dues.

3. Abandoned Inventory

If no activity (orders, communication, payment) is observed for 90 consecutive days, and no formal offboarding request is made:

• PEH will serve a 30-day notice of abandonment.

After this period, the inventory will be:

• Disposed, donated, or auctioned to recover storage and handling costs.
• Any remaining balance (after deductions) will be refunded to the client if contact is re-established.

4. Dispute & Reconciliation Process

• Clients will have 7 working days to respond to any fine/dispute notice.
• All disputes must be submitted via official dashboard/email with evidence.
• PEH's internal review committee will resolve within 10 working days.
