Terms and conditions for using Pakistan Export House services

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PEH platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Offered

PEH offers the following:

  • U.S.-based warehousing & storage
  • Pick, pack & ship (3PL services)
  • Display center placement
  • Brand onboarding & verification
  • Export facilitation and B2B/B2C fulfillment

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be 18+ years of age
  • Own or represent a legally registered business
  • Agree to comply with U.S. and Pakistan export/import laws

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Ensure your products meet U.S. safety and import regulations
  • Pay for storage, fulfillment, and additional services as invoiced
  • Handle returns and disputes professionally
  • Keep login credentials secure

Pricing & Billing

  • Pricing tiers (e.g., Silver/Gold) are based on volume and services.
  • Clients will be billed for fulfillment services, storage, custom labels, and any additional features.
  • Payment is required in advance via wallet balance or bank transfer.

Termination

PEH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate laws or our policies
  • Cause reputational harm to PEH
  • Are inactive for over 6 months without notice

Limitation of Liability

PEH is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics
  • Losses due to client-provided incorrect shipping info
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Business losses or indirect damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 30 days.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, website content, and materials used by PEH are the property of Pakistan Export House and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of New York (USA) and/or as applicable under international trade law. Arbitration or mediation will be the preferred method before legal action.
