Terms & Conditions for Pakistan Export House

1. Definitions

  • "PEH" / "We" / "Us" refers to Pakistan Export House LLC.
  • "Client" / "You" refers to any business, brand, or individual using PEH services.
  • "Services" include warehousing, fulfillment, display center, order processing, labeling, packaging, shipping, and export facilitation.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be a legally registered business or individual with a valid NTN or foreign registration.
  • You must be authorized to export/import products in accordance with your country and U.S. laws.

3. Prohibited Products

You may NOT send or store any of the following at PEH:

  • Illegal, restricted, or banned items under U.S. Customs law.
  • Counterfeit, pirated, or copyright/trademark-infringing products.
  • Expired, damaged, or unfit food/pharmaceutical items.
  • Hazardous materials, weapons, or narcotics.
  • Products under trade restrictions, sanctions, or embargoes.

4. Product Compliance

  • All products must be properly labeled, FDA/USDA-compliant (where applicable), and adhere to U.S. import laws.
  • PEH reserves the right to request compliance documents (COAs, brand authorization, etc.) at any time.
  • Non-compliant goods may be disposed of without compensation.

5. Service Levels

We offer the following services:

  • Warehousing & Storage: Charged monthly based on pallet space or cubic feet used.
  • Fulfillment & Pick & Pack: Based on service tier (Gold, Silver, etc.), per item.
  • Labeling & Packaging: Additional fees apply.
  • Shipping: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL — billed at actual or discounted carrier rates.
  • Display Center: Reserved showroom spots charged quarterly/annually.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate inventory counts and shipping labels (if self-generated).
  • Ensure advance payment in wallet or prepaid invoices for service continuation.
  • Update contact info, product SKUs, and instructions in the client dashboard.

7. Wallet & Billing

  • Clients may add advance payments to their PEH wallet.
  • Daily, weekly, or monthly invoices will be deducted automatically.
  • Late or non-payments may result in service suspension or inventory hold.

8. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of confirmed label/payment.
  • Priority services available at additional cost.

9. Shipping & Liability

  • PEH is not responsible for loss, delay, or damage caused by shipping carriers.
  • Insurance claims (if any) are subject to carrier terms.
  • PEH will assist in providing documentation, but not guarantee compensation.

10. Inventory Ownership

  • You remain the sole owner of your inventory unless otherwise agreed.
  • PEH has no rights over your product IP, brand, or contents.

11. Termination & Account Hold

PEH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to:

  • Illegal or non-compliant activity.
  • Repeated payment failures.
  • Abandonment of inventory (90+ days without activity).

In such cases, inventory may be disposed of or auctioned to recover costs.

12. Refund & Cancellation

  • No refund on services already delivered.
  • Warehouse fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
  • Cancellation requires a 14-day notice via written communication.

13. Display Center Terms (if applicable)

  • Participation is based on quarterly/annual commitment.
  • Products must meet U.S. retail compliance for visual display.
  • Space is limited; once booked, no refund for non-utilization.

14. Data Protection & Confidentiality

  • All client data is kept confidential and secure.
  • PEH will not share/sell client data without explicit written permission.

15. Force Majeure

PEH shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, war, labor strikes, pandemic restrictions, or government actions.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

17. Modifications

PEH reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified via email or dashboard alert.

18. Acceptance

By signing up or using our services, you agree to all terms listed above.
